Part 2 of Leona Lewis Interview in Jan - April 2008 Edition.
Leona Lewis
: Very enjoying I must say. He is an easy going gentleman. It is a priviledge for me to work with him.
TOSH Mag
: It was said that when you met Whitney Houston at Clive Davis' Annual Grammy Party in Los Angeles you could barely speak a word. Can you explain how you really felt inside?
Leona Lewis
: (Giggles)
When I was introduced to Whitney, it was so amazing. I got to meet my all - time musical hero.
I don't think I managed to say much though I was simply overwhelmed!
TOSH Mag
: Interesting. Who was it that introduced you to Whitney Houston?
Leona Lewis
: Clive, I believe.
TOSH Mag
: Did Whitney say anything to you?
Leona Lewis
: I just can not remember as I was shell shocked. However I was told afterwards that when I performed in the party (Leona sang the hit, 'Bleeding Love') Whitney had said to a friend at the record label, 'My God, she's a baby me!' What a huge comparism and compliment.
TOSH Mag
: Yes it is especially coming from Whitney. Your Album, SPIRIT debuted at No1 in Ireland, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, Austria, Germany and Switzerland. That speaks for itself doesn't it?
Leona Lewis
: I still feel I am in dreamland. I have worked so hard but I could never had thought I could be such a success.
TOSH Mag
: Can you tell your fans all over the world and the readers and viewers of Tosh Mag some of the songwriters and record producers you have worked with?
Leona Lewis
: Dallas Austin, Max Martin, Stargate, Walter Afanasieff, Salaam Remi, Kara DioGuardi and Novel.
TOSH Mag
: You recorded a track with Ne-Yo didn't you?
Leona Lewis
: Yes.
TOSH Mag
: Any other artists?
Leona Lewis
: For the U.S. release of the album, 'Forgive Me', I performed with Akon and Misses Glass featuring RockCity.
TOSH Mag
: Oops.
Leona Lewis
: Sorry, What was that?
TOSH Mag
: I almost forgot. We at the TOSH mag, our readers and viewers and the people in Great Britain would like to wish you a happy belated birthday and the very best in the nearest future. More No 1's in the U.S., U.K. and many more countries!
Leona Lewis
: Thank you very much.

Lewis Hamilton's Part 2 Interview
Tosh Mag
: I once read about how you approached Ron Dennis (CEO of McLaren) when you were only 10 years old and told him an amazing prediction that was to come true years after. Can you share with our readers more about that encounter?
Lewis Hamilton
: (Grins). It was actually at an awards ceremony in 1995. I saw Ron who was the McLaren's team principal at the time and just walked up to him and said, 'I would drive for McLaren one day' and walked off. He must had thought that I was carzy or something! (Laughs)
Tosh Mag
: Interesting, so what happened thereafter?
Lewis Hamilton
: Well, 3 years after this encounter I was signed by McLaren and Mercedes Benz to their Young Driver Support Programme. 12 years after our initial meeting, I made my Formula 1 debut with the McLaren team.
Tosh Mag
: That is one fairytale story. Is it true that you played football too?
Lewis Hamilton
: Yes. I was actually playing in the same school team alongside Aston Villa and England International - Ashey Young.
Tosh Mag
: ..... and karting too?
Lewis Hamilton
: Yes in 1993.
Tosh Mag
: Is it true that you once competed against Michael Schumacher in karting?
Tosh Mag
: May I say it has been a honour having the opportunity to interview you. I am sure that the readers of TOSH Mag would be eager to read this piece.
Lewis Hamilton
: Oh, that was a competition I would never forget. I ended the competition 7th,
4 places behind Schumacher. That was in 2001. I believe he made a one-off return to karting then.
Lewis Hamilton
: The pleasure is all mine. Thank you.
